Booking & Cancellation Policy

Multi-Session Bookings

When booking 10-session packages, you will receive access to the O2Vitalife online booking portal where you can:

  • View all available time slots on a public calendar
  • Select and book all 10 sessions at your convenience
  • Log back in at any time to reschedule to an open slot
  • Booked slots appear as reserved - your name is private to other users

A link to the booking portal will be emailed to you after your package purchase.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 24 hours notice: Cancel or reschedule at no cost
  • Less than 24 hours notice or missed session: The cost of the appointment is forfeited

A polite reminder is automatically sent to you 48 hours before each session, advising that changes can still be made at no cost, and that the session cost will lock in at 24 hours before the appointment.
